Bumpy beginning, seems OK now. Jul 19, 2010
Installed software with disc provided but 2nd time went to use software it would not load. Had to go on [...] and install latest software version (and uninstall version provided) and seems to work good now.
Good webcam for the price Jun 01, 2010
I bought this for use with Skype. I did not have to do anything more than plug it in to begin with, as windows took care of the install process. Easy as pie. Since there was no instructions in the package, it took me a couple minutes to figure out that turning the lense adjusted the focus. Until then, I was seeing a blurry image. The only drawback I can see is the aux led mode setting. In low light, this cam shines 4 bright led's in your face. Easy to deal with, since you can just un-click a check box. Doesn't really clip onto my monitor very well, but it would do nicely on a laptop. Also, I found that it has a built in mic, so the headphones I bought are unnecessary.

I bought this camera because it was the highest ranking camera on Amazon and also sensible in price. The instruction manual could be a bit more specific (and longer) - do to my own foolishness it took me about 3 weeks to realize it had a manual focus on the lens.

I love this webcam. It is small and attractive. The lights are cool. The software was a snap to install on Vista no less. Fast Fast Service on this also.

I bought this web cam for my friend for Christmas. I enjoyed using it on her laptop so much that I'm going to buy one for myself. I like the led lights that come on if it is too dark and the clip is the best part! For laptops, or in my case a tablet, this is perfect!!
